10. Juventus and Porto (5 Goals)
F.C.Porto have played two Champions League Finals in the season 1986/87 and 2003/04. They won both finals against Bayern Munich and Monaco respectively. F.C.Porto is one of very few teams to have a 100% final record in Champions League Final, who have played more than one final. In just two Finals they have scored five goals.

Inter Milan have made five appearances in the Champions League Finals. They won their first two titles in the early stages of the new European competition. They won in consecutive years (1963/64 and 1964/65). Their latest victory came in 2009/10 against the German giants Bayern Munich at Santiago Bernabeu in Madrid, Spain.

They have scored eight goals in six Final appearances.
